Hi everyone. I'm trying to identify a full narrative feature film (not a gonzo scene) that aired multiple times on the Latin American adult channel Venus between roughly 2001-2004.

Here is what I clearly remember:

Dark, low-lit photography, very similar to early-2000s VCA Pictures / Metro style.

Main actress was blonde or light brown, adult, central protagonist.

Story included the appearance of a new love interest, but he is not introduced at the beginning - he shows up later in the movie.

The atmosphere of the first scene felt very similar to The Contortionist by Henri Pachard.

Actor Brian Surewood might have appeared briefly in a secondary scene, possibly uncredited, which makes the search harder.

The ending had a very specific verbal exchange that someone familiar with this film might immediately recognize.

What I need to know is:

*Which studios around 2000-2004 used Brian Surewood in brief uncredited roles?
* Does anyone remember a VCA/Metro-like feature aired on Venus/Playboy with these characteristics?

Any info - alternative titles, known retitles, director names, sample covers, screenshots, or list of features from VCA/Metro/Playboy during 2000-2004 - would help enormously.
