To my knowledge Francesca Le never did a scene with Lexington Steele, which I find strange considering she's done so much IR with so many different performers and Lex was the top black male performer for awhile.

Chasey Lain only doing one IR scene even though she really seemed into the one she did and made the claim she didn't see what the big deal about doing IR in the interview before the scene.

Janine only doing 2 IR scenes even though when she talked about doing them it she made it sound like such an amazing experience.

Was KINK.COM around during Sasha Grey's porn run? I think I remember her doing only one or two things for KINK that were fairly tame considering she could be pretty extreme when she wanted to. But I may be misremembering this.
