In no particular order, I offer the following: (1) Tattoo the crap out of your money maker (That means you Monique Alexander), (2) Sign an exclusive contract with Ninn Worx, (3) Come across as a rude bitch/mean ass jerk in behind the scenes footage, (4) Find a boyfriend, "fall in love" and become a G/G only performer (Jenna Haze Syndrome) (5) Engage in scat or similarly repulsive acts, (6) Perform only for your own website (Ahem, Sarah Peachez are you listening?) (7) Perform only with your significant other (Is Crissy Moran married to Rasputin?), (8) Go to prison (Definitely applies to Max Hardcore and possibly applies to Kayden Kross), (9) Get a boob job that looks like it was done by Earl Shives, (10) Blab inane streams of consciousness during scenes (Applies only to Nick Manning). (1) Lots of people like tattoos (2) Ninn Worx? Really? JKP maybe (as per your rule 4) but why Ninn Worx specifically? (3) I think you'll find the number of people that watch BTS fairly small... the number that give a damn, even smaller. (4) Yeah... because nobody likes Jenna Haze anymore (5) Am I missing the A-Listers that have been doing scat (and the ensuing career plummet) ??? (6) Who the hell is Sarah Peachez? Don't you have to have a fanbase, before you can lose it? (7) If your SO is a fat ugly former bass player with a small dick, then I can see it being a bit of a problem, but if your SO is a decent performer, I couldn't care less. (8) I don't think prison is going to bother the fanbase, so much as not making anymore content for an extended period of time. (9) Sadly a hidious set of bolt-ons doesn't usually do much, good or bad, for a pornstar's career. (10) Really reaching to fill out a Top 10 list at the end, huh? If I might be so bold as to make some suggestions to avoid alienating one's fanbase... (1) Don't change what attracted your fanbase to you. B) They don't believe porn stars are anything more than a dime a dozen whores or are no more relevant than any stripper and as such don't desire to pay a porn star what she may be worth, nor will they go out of their way promote a girls career to rise them in the star category ala Vivid Girl. C) Anyone who signs with them are required to dance weekly in one of the SR clubs across America in essence making them a full time stripper. Because apparently "that is where the money is at for the company". We can use Cassidey's contract as an example of this. D) You are more likely to go to jail on a Ninn Workx set. We've all heard the stories about how he likes to side step the law and little things like permits are clearly not important enough to be bothered with so you never know when you are going to be on the set of a movie you don't have legal right to be filming. E) You never know when he is not going to pay you. I mean he's broken deals before so who is to say the owner won't do it again? Michael Ninn's firing is a perfect example of this. [Link] |
