I've seen dp in this face to face position and also dp in a butt to butt double piledriver and double reverse double piledriver...also double vag and double anal in all these positions - male performers - and directors - can get pretty creative when doing dp/dv/da...its actually nice to see variation like this besides just cowgirl or reverse cowgirl.
