It's a good fake, but the way the guy is cranking is not the way I do it, and I doubt anyone does. He spurts mostly when he pushes down. He's rather obviously pressing something. That plus the semen doesn't appear real; it's not viscious enough.

OTOH, you're right it doesn't appear to be computer generated; the penis looks very real and the "semen" does appear to be coming out of it (could that be computer generated?). But the nut sack is way too taut, like a latex balloon.
