I doubt that any celebrity in their right mind would do porn. Life as they know it would be over, posing for Playboy is one thing, spreading it, and being encouraged to do a gangbang, can you guys say unfit mother, father takes kids, not to mention becoming a pariah to all of her friends, yeah I really see her getting ready to fuck a bunch of guys then have her kids go to school, oh yeah look your mom is a whore. Ive believed this all to be a rouse maybe not so much by Jewel but by the playmate. The only way I could see this girl doing this is if she is majorly messed up on drugs and no one will help mainstream wise so she doesnt have anywhere to turn. If she was to do porn Id believe she was doing it more so to support her drug addiction than she really wanted to do it. Just my feeling

it depends on what u mean by "celebrity".....to be honest a playboy playmate is not that big a celebrity.....there have been penthouse pets who got into hardcore...look at venus....granted she was not famous or anything....
also i think society is changing and the stigma attached to porn is not so intense, especially to the younger generation......this is a forum for porn fans so of course everyone here obsesses over it, but for a lot of people once the shock & novelty wears off they stop thinking about it....
everyone knows sylvester stallone did a porn movie when he was younger....but when people bring him up, they think rocky and rambo, they dont obsess over the porn....i know it is different for males because of society's double standard but still it is an example of porn not being an issue
and europe seems to have very different attitudes about it than US....there have been pornstars who got into mainstream modelling after their hardcore stuff....and there are girls like aylar lie and sibel kekilli who actually became more famous after their porn past was uncovered....

but i agree with your basic point that a celebrity with mainstream options is not going to just start doing porn....it just does not make sense. mainstream is so much more lucrative......why get fucked on camera for a few thousand dollars when, if you have a name, you can make the same money or much more just by doing a walk-on for a stupid C-movie?
