The girl in the link is Tiffany Diamond, right guys? Also if you can "confirm" that this clip is from "Barely Legal (BL) 22" and not "Barely Legal 29", I would appreciated it.

READ THE REVIEWS and "29" is a beach scene, so it has to be "22" is a sofa scene (BUT w/ 3 guys), right (LOL? OR is this from another BL movie she did that I don't know about.

That certainly is Tiffany Diamond. I'm afraid I don't know which film it is though – but see below.

If you follow the links from her profile page for both these films, you find that the review at Xonair for Barely Legal 29 says that, although it starts as a romp on the beach, the sex takes place in the hotel room –
