Technically, I don't consider this a "feature," but I suppose this thread belongs here anyway, because... well, you know. Just because.

I thought this was a big step up from Island Fever 2, which I didn't enjoy that much. I'm not sure I can entirely justify why, though.

The real stars of the movie are Tahiti and Bora Bora. It's all about one thing: fantasies about outdoor sex in fantastic settings. Every scene (except for the Tera Patrick one, which is a leftover from another trip) has a gorgeous backdrop. The waterfall in particular is stunning. To enjoy this movie, that has to be the main thing you want to see.

The shooting style is 100 percent slo-mo. But I think the sex is shot better this time around. Joone is listed as the director again, but it seems pretty clear that this is Robby D's movie. The tease sequences are very good, with a lot of sexy wet hair whipping around and waves crashing on naked bodies. Devon and Jesse Jane both look terrific.

It's funny, I think becoming jaded by extreme gonzo porn has had a bizarre reverse effect on me. All porn acts have been kind of equalized in impact. The upshot is that a slo-mo blowjob and some leisurely plain-old vaginal sex are plenty good enough for me -- there's no need to up the ante, because it's impossible anyway. So a pretty girl having sex on the beach can be as good as it gets.

The half-hour behind-the-scenes feature is excellent. The commentary (with Devon, Jesse, Robby and Evan Stone) is top-rank, very entertaining. I just wish I knew someone with a good HD setup so I could check out what this looks like at full resolution.
