Anyway, he had her tied up and then said that he would like to fuck her while she was tied up, but that you can't do that in America, only in Europe. The 'no-no' list is described as those things that are 'offensive to local community standards'. But what in the hell are the 'local community standards'? That is about as ambiguous as you can get. A list was put out that suggested areas that it might be best to avoid so as not to get hauled in and prosecuted by the law. But there is no published law or definition, and for EagleSpirit, it is not specifically published so that you can read it. [Link]

Bondage stuff is quite legal and popular there, you should be able to mail order it. Mail-order is neat because it can be pretty descrete, I got a pair of switch-blade knives from Italy, they were labeled as "Lobster Crackers". I wish I could remeber company names to tell you about, but I can't. She is a well respected and highly collectable art photographer who has spend 20 years documenting consensual SM practices. Needless to say, her portfolio is chock full of heavy bondage and penitration scenes, none of which she shows on her website for fear of prosecution in Western PA or some other place of the DOJ's choosing. The gist of her lawsuit is de facto prior restraint, denial of due process, and denial of equal protection under the law. If you want to see "laws" prohibiting these sort of depictions, just do a little googling. Miller v. CA mandate that a state must specify what can't be shown. If you know how to look, these laws aren't too hard to find. That's why you'll see a place like Blowfish.com won't sent certain items/titles to certain states or municipalities. -T.C. I don't have anything to prove. I do what I have to, followed by want to. The rest is filler. When the big wall in the bedroom records everything and sends it back to the thought police, though, and I haven't done anything to stop it, I might feel a moment of regret and/or loss. Surely there is a simple solution here...I know a still photographer in Ohio who has all his models sign a standard model release form before the shoot, and a "statement of satisfaction" after the shoot, to attest to the fact that the model left the session unharmed and content with the course of events through the experience. There is always a solution, assuming that the disagreeing parties are both reasonable. The only time there are no solutions is when the antagonist is able to railroad it's agenda through any opposing outcry by sheer abuse of power.
