You're not going to find anything like this in America that doesn't pull it's punches (i.e. the restraints come off before the sex). To see the type you are looking for, I'd suggest Kink.com, in particular, SexandSubmission.com. It's a really good site for this stuff, the only downside is the use of condoms. I did notice that the condoms have been gone from recent scenes.
And it's ok, if you are having fantasies about this sort of thing, bondage is a least kind of your thing. There's no reason to apologize for liking it. It isn't bad and no one is going to judge you about it. It's not my favorite kink, but I do like the Shibari rope bondage.

You just aren't going to be able to purchase a dvd with it. New Sensations put out a series called "Bound To Please", but when I rented it, I was disappointed to see that although the girls start off bound, the quickly become untied and a fairly standard sex scene begins. I would suggest checking out Kink.com. I can speak as someone who prefers to view porn via DVD, that sometimes there is stuff that you can only access via the internet and it is worth the few drawbacks. I my case, I really like latin girls, really like Kat in particular. Well she is in quite a few scenes there and they are quite nice. Daisy Marie, lots of Isis Love, and Evie Delatosso were also in scenes. You won't see them engage in this type of activity elsewhere, so, as I was saying, it is worth trying out. Both of those sites are based in the US, which kind of contradicts your first statement. Alpha Blue Archives also carries a lot of 70s porn with this imagery.
S&S and FuckingDungeon both show full penetration while the "sub" is tied up, restrained, asshooked, gagged with an o-ring for forced oral, clamped, dripped on with hot wax, suspended from ceiling, etc. It's about as hardcore BDSM full-oral/vagina/anal sex I've ever seen and I've got some home-brew stuff from private clubs where other couples publish their own play sessions. Every video ends with a little "it was all fun" scene between the actors, I assume to keep them somewhat safe from prosecution for obscenity laws. I wasn't clear. What I meant was you wouldn't find it on American DVD. As far as the Alpha Blue stuff, I'll take your word for it. I haven't seen those, however for those who want to see modern era actresses engaged in this manner, this is the only way that I am aware of.
