I am sorry to star yet another thread about Tiffany Rayne, yet I am assuming this is old footage until someone can verify Tiffany has done this recently, thus marking her return. Based on the 2257 info on the back cover of Sperm Drain, it appears that all of the scenes were shot in 2004 & 2005. That in itself doesn't guarantee that it's a compilation. But it's a pretty good indication of it being one.

I have watched this scene, I'm pretty sure it's the same scene from Tease Me Then Please Me 3. This is Tiffany's best DP scene IMHO.
