(for example porn sites) In front or behind the camera.. I'm a porn fan and I'm very interested!! I'm 26 years old and I'm from Belgium (so sorry for my bad English ;)) [Link]

Take it from someone who has done it, it takes a lot of time, and a lot of work. The best thing to do is to make friends with people in the bueiness, talk to them, and try and help them out. They usually return favors. [Link]

Well, let me know in what business are you in ! I'm in the porn business for about 15 years now, but I don't remember any favor or help from people I helped ! One of my good friends was an editor at Vivid, and now works for a few more companies. She has gotten me a lot of chances through out the past couple of years. This is all behind the scenes stuff, as a writer. It's going to be a lot different for directors and for performers. But I've also been lucky to work with some great people, like B. Skow and Mercedez. I've gotten work because these people recommend me, and my editor friend pushes for me constantly. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have gotten to write Anal Adventures 1 (which... while not a great film, was a great experience). I guess I've just been getting a different experience than most.
