Today, I made a very special deal, all I can tell you is, That Red Light District will be bigger than ever, I'm so pleased with todays deal, stay tuned, you will read about it.
Merger? Did you guys bought out another production company? Or hired a porn stud with a big tool? An exclusive contract with Lexington Steele, perhaps? Or maybe hired a new starlet with enormous boobs?
Jenna Jameson and Stephanie Swift are going to be in the next Swallow My Pride.......and then at the end Chasey Lain has to crawl around on all 4's and clean up all excess fluids...w/her tongue!!!
Call me Mr Picky, but for me the best news from RLD would be that they will no longer use 'Mr Pete'. The last couple of RLD vids I have seen have been seriously marred by the intrusion of this unappealing individual. If RLD are not careful, he will become their equivalent of John Dough for Anabolic - and I don't mean that as a compliment for either John Dough or Anabolic.

Isn't this a dangerous game you are playing? Are you not afraid that you have created expectations that you will never be able to fulfill? Just look at what some people are wishing for already. Can your news be bigger than "they signed Jenna Jameson to do The World's Biggest Anal-Only Facial-Only Bukkake Gangbang with 1000 guys"? Now, is this kind of reasoning enough encouragement for you the spill the beans now. Please, please, pretty please.
Why do you do this to my fragile brain, Dion? Man I gotta know, don't keep us all in suspense for too long!
I actually like Mr.Pete, it's Tony Tedeshi, T.T. Boy, Marc Davis and Vince Voyeur I can't stand in RLD movies.
I met TT Boy, too busy to talk to me thouugh. And also meeting Mark Davis, who is genuinely a nice guy. I can say that I rather see Mark in a scene than a lot of other guys in the biz. Mark was very nice and answered my question about getting kicked in the nuts with a laugh.
I'm going to take a stab at this and make a guess that Tom Byron has left Extreme Associates to direct movies for RLD. Just a wild guess.

I was thinking the same thing M.B. That would be great indeed! Tom should get out of that sinking ship called Extreme Associates. He is a great director and I would love to see his style of directing combined with the very high quality of Red Light District DVDs.

I know RLD does not have contract girls but how about signing Jessica Darlin to act & let her direct too (if she's so inclined)? If she's not acting in the scene she can give us some off screen nasty talk to add to the heat.
As for the male actors mentioned, I think they're all ok but Tony Tedeschi. I don't think I've ever seen him shoot a load that's commensurate with the size of his equipment.
M.B. - That would a fucking awesome combo, Tommy with a studio that obviously gives a shit about fan response, but more than likely this is just a great dream.

Menace, I share your enthusiasm for Jessica Darlin believe me, but I would rather her stay a free agent. Now we can see her in Red Light District titles as well as Anabolic/Diabolic, Evil Angel, West coast Productions, etc.

darth-maybe you're right. if she acted/directed she might want to do POV (which I'm sure the ladies would love) but would not sell worth a shit to guys. (a female version of mike john!)

I would like to see Jessica directing or something as long as she shows off her greatest assets in front of the camera for us. By the way I just ordered Sticky SIde Up 7 from West coast productions. Ive never seen anything from them. Hopefully it will be good. The boxcover looks good. It seems like there is some nasty group sex stuff on there. I will post some comments on it when I get it. This will be the first thing ive seen from Jessica since her comeback.

I think you'll be happy with WCP. They do a 1st rate job. Tricia D. mentioned WCP as being underrated when we had the thread about underrated studios.

I hope so. I know it is directed by Michael Stefano (formerly known as Luciano). Im just hoping for some really nasty stuff reminicient of Red Light District, Anabolic, or Evil Angel. It looks like there is lots of anal, a2ms, and all the good stuff.
From reading Dion's post, sounds like the deal is with a company or studio rather than a contract with a new star...perhaps Red Light has managed to secure the rights to distrubute someones titles exclusively...

That is a good point porno boy. I remember reading somewhere that Elegant Angel might be merging with another company. Maybe Dion has repaired his relationship with Patrick Collins. I was never a fan of Elegant Angel so that doesn't make much of a difference to me.
Maybe Dion has repaired his relationship with Patrick Collins.
I don't see that happening anytime soon.
but...
Geez, all this speculation, and only one hint... Today, I made a very special deal, all I can tell you is, That Red Light District will be bigger than ever, I'm so pleased with todays deal, stay tuned, you will read about it.
Why o why, Dion, why must you do this to me.

Lukeford.com reports that there are rumblings that RLD is going to announce a new director. Maybe the Tom Byron theory isn't so bad.
Of course this is all speculation, so all our theories may amount to nothing in a few days or hours. But, for the record, I predicted a couple of months ago that Byron might well end up joining former Extremers Michael Stefano and Brandon Iron at West Coast. But those guys are instead forming their own company, and ending their association with West Coast. This doesn't change the fact that Exteme seems to be fallig apart in a hurry, so now it would not be surprising if we learn soon that Byron has joined RLD.
Dang this is beginning to sound like a pro-wrestling story line.
On that note... Has RLD acquired the Extreme Associates/Armageddon product line and any remaining talent (if any) worth keeping (if any)?
It would open up a large source of (most arguably) good source material for remastering and allow the current bankrupt entity to concentrate on throwing people off 40-foot scaffolds and bleeding to death in front of small crowds in abandoned rodeos arenas (or whatever they are calling wrestling nowadays)?
Wow Tom Byron would'nt be a bad idea, when I was at Elegant Angel, I always liked Tom's style, I would'nt mine distributing his stuff, of course he would have to get fresh Girls, but as of now It's not Tommy, I can assure you, that It's not elegant Angel, that would be the last deal I would ever make, I try not to go backwards in Life, I wish Elegant only the best, But not with me, Pornoboy, your a very smart guy, I want to make this official, but out of respect to my new Superstar, I must do it on "His" terms, that's all for now.
Okay, so now we know this deal is with an individual rather than a company. Dion, can you at least tell us if it's a performer or a director (or a performer/director)?
PeP, I don't think a badly decomposed corpse would do much for RLD's sales. But wait...I think John was cremated. Ah, that only strengthens my argument.

Mike John or Erik Everhard having their own titles from RLD, not because Anabolic/Diabolic is doing a bad job on their titles, but because there would be more titles from Erik or Mike. Anabolic/Diabolic can sometimes be inconsistent with the releases and do not have dual format releases. Well, Dion better spill the beans quickly.
If it's not Tommie and Lex is a good guess. How about Jean Yves LeCastel. He might not be as well known as others but he acts and directs. He might bring some more Euro babes to RLD like Michelle, Rita, and Lea de Mae and of course we would get a new chorus of BEAM,lol. Thought I would throw out the guess since Lex,Mike, and Erik were already mentioned.

Almost with a doubt, Dion is talking about the performer/director that tried to join Evil Angel, but we turned him down because he wasn't an experienced-enough director yet.
Seeing as how Dion shot down my Tob Byron theory, and after reading Trica's last post here. I've now begun to think it's probabaly Lex (as others before have posted).
Theory #1: Let's not forget the Lex The Impaler series is no longer being made, I'm sure this series did well so it didn't make much sense for it to be cancelled, not to mention that we never really had an explanation as to why it's not being made anymore other than "Lex didn't want to do it anymore". Maybe Lex approached evil Angel about directing this series instead of Jules seeing as how he's the star of it anyway, Evil Angel turned him down because he didn't have enough directing credit under his belt, hence the death of Lex The Impaler series, and paving the way for him to join RLD.
Theory #2: Nacho Vidal Nacho did two movies for Evil Angel and that was it. He could be another possiblity nobody has mentioned yet.
But I think theory #1 is most likely it. Lex got pretty much the same type of situation at RLD as he would at Evil Angel (director owns his own movies, and the company sells it for him). The end of the Impaler series points to this being the most likely scenario. But I was wrong with the Byron guess, maybe I'm wrong again, but I'd put my money on Lex. We should get a pool going or something, guess the new director at RLD.
Wow Tricia, pretty heavy stuff there, your right no one could ever be as good as Randy West or Stanley Miranda, I forgot your the feature company now,I guess you turned down Lexington, well I welcome him with open arms, thats right Lexington Steele will now own and Direct for Red Light District, and he will only perform in his own stuff or Red Light District product,Lexington has paid his dues, now It's time he gets rewarded, who will be next to jump ship? wise up guys, own your own stuff, and remember It's always about the fans and only the fans.
Dion Giarrusso wrote: Red Light District. P.S. Big Mike, I love you man.
Sorry M.B. but, i never said lex didnt want to do it. I discontinued the series after #2 unfortunately...It was my idea...sorry cant provide an explanation, it just didnt quite work out, great series though. We wish Lex the best in all of his future endeavors..
I can only suggest to lexington, what has worked for Red Light District, the no fake breast rule, but again He will own his product, So that will be his choice to choose Natural or Fake, I hope he stays with the Natural, I've told him my thoughts, and hopefully he will entertain them, I hope to get him on a plane real soon for Europe with Vince, Lugar, and Brandon, to get him to shoot those Naturals over there, Lexington is a very Smart man with allot of class, I'm sure he will do what ever it takes to win at this game.
I think it's a great branding feature of RLD to have only natural girls. My friends and I prefer RLD movies over... say anabolic/diabolic... simply because of that great idea.
