Just a quick note to let everyone know I haven't forgotten about ya!
Obviously a lot has been going on these past few months. I've been kinda laying low trying to figure out what to do with my life.
As most of you know, I'm in the process of setting up my new company EVOLUTION EROTICA. (and no, Tricia it's not a Rob Black front) Rob and I are still friends. Actually he's helping me a lot getting started. Despite what everyone seems to think, he has a really good heart,and understands why I need to make this change.
I'm sure everyone has a lot of questions, so feel free to post whatever comments, questions, etc. on this forum and I'll try to respond in a timely fashion. Please be patient if I can't get back to you right away. I've been busier than I've ever been in my life, what with hiring salespeople, setting up my new offices, not to mention shooting and editing and helping my new directors along.
Rest assured, I've learned a LOT these last few years and will do everything in my power to make EVOLUTION EROTICA something I can be proud of and everyone can JERK OFF too!!!
Can somebody tell me how to change the "Extreme Associates" under my name to "Evolution Erotica"? Been a while since I posted last and I seem to have forgotten..

It's good to hear that Rob Black is a true friend to you but please bear in mind, as you pursue your own company, that we consumers are looking for quality and service, and that you can never rest on your laurels. I mention this because, from the outside looking in at the implosion of Extreme Associates, Rob doesn't appear to be the best choice for a business adviser.
Those of us who were around for the early Cumback Pussy and Whack Attack series know what you are capable of, so we're willing to give you a chance but frankly, after your inability to deliver on promises you made here while at Extreme, I don't think you have much room for mistakes.
Now that I've ragged on you, let me assure you that I truly wish you success, and hope, no, expect to see the kind of product that deserves to be ranked with Evil Angel and the like.

Rob will not be a "business advisor" He's simply helping me along with the transition. I will be seeking advice from a LOT of people,including members of this forum!I don't think I totally failed. I got them to change from DVD-5 to DVD-9. Most of the ones I checked, including some mentioned by M.B. and others looked fine to me. There's always a possibility of someone getting a pirated disc or playing them on a subpar player. I know it sounds like I'm making excuses, but given everything that's happened at Extreme these past few months, I truly did my best.
HOWEVER, I will be retaining ALL my titles made during my tenure at Extreme,(Whack Attacks,Planet of the Gapes, Lord of Asses,etc.) REMASTERING and REPACKAGING them and releasing them under the Evolution banner, along with a BONUS DVD! Anyone who has a subpar copy of any of these titles, simply send them to my new office (address to be provided soon) and you will recieve a new copy FREE OF CHARGE!

Let us know what has been going on. The 'demise' of EA wasn't reported objectively - almost everyone on this board seemed happy to hear about the bust. (As if EA were really the bad guys dragging the otherwise blemish-free industry into the gutter.)
A brief summary of the situation would be extremely appreciated - by me at least.
I'm sure he will give it, but right now, Interview #4 with TB is penciled in for the second week in June. I'll fast track it (Yeah I know, I'm still doing Vegas interviews- Jewel De'Nyle and Jules Jordan this week) but it will be up quickly. I'll ask him everything.....

I know that you have the talent as a director to capture product worthy of the top rung, but you need people with similar talent and commitment, like Tricia, to make that product into truly great DVD's. Here's hoping you find them.

Sorry, Steph I didn't mean to imply otherwise, I just didn't know who they were. But I still don't know why Ramsey didn't get his titles. He didn't say what they were. Are the titles available yet? Was Extreme out of stock? Anyway, that is now Extreme's responsibility. If I could get some more info, (Ramsey?) I'll pass it on to Rob.

He does not deal with Extreme directly. He gets his product from one of Extreme's distributors. He does not know why you didn't get your movies.
I called Rob and he said he had plenty of the titles you mentioned in the warehouse.

As mentioned in my posting of the 8th May on page 7 of the "Daniella Rush Accident" topic by 'Gabriel Nine' where I e-mailed Chris Alexander at Anabolic (unfortunately the e-mail never got through), I once met you when you and Chris popped into a Video Shop in Walkers Court, Soho a few years ago. You were on your way back home from Cannes. Chris was carrying a video camera. You had your short haircut which was a surprise, as you had it quite long at one time!
I asked you about Angelica Bella and Erika Bella etc. Chris signed a "Buttman" Poster up on the wall. The owner of the shop at first thought Chris was "Buttman" as he heard you both talking about the movie actresses you had recognised on the video covers. There were no DVDs at that time, so it must be about 5 years ago ? I forget how long DVDs have been out now!
Dude, I totally remember! Chris and I were bopping around Soho getting wraparound footage for World Sex Tour.(9?) I'd had a few pints, so I was having a good ol' time! Vince Vouyer and Marc Davis were crashed out at the hotel. (fuckin' burnouts!) I fuckin' LOVE London!!

There are plenty of black guys out there you can use Tom instead of the all the overused guys you mentioned like Manuel, Erik and Lex. I'm talking about guys like Mandingo, Justin Slayer, Wesley Pipes, Sledge Hammer, Bam aka Mr.Bigg, John E., Brian Pumper, Devlin Weed, Darren James, Mark Anthony, Jasper Wade or Johnny Depth for example. Jack Napier also but I think he has a contract at WCP.
Many of those guys are locked up too. Dingo, Slayer, Pumper etc are doing their own thing. Pipes is horrible, Weed is weak, Jack is locked up. Dareen is good, but how long will it be before someone locks him up.
This new trend of locking up male talent is interesting. Dion has a really good thing going.
And Tom, Jewel said that Brandon, Steve Holmes, Manuel etc are free to perform in other movies. They just direct exclusively for Platinum X.
We really do need some new blood on the male side of things.

He is not exclusive, but he's got his own deal and works so much for them that he's not exactly a free agent. Lex and Erik weren't exclusive with Anabolic before, but you saw how rarely they worked outside of the circle.

Hi Tommy, Long time fan from Chicago. Good luck on the new company. I missed the high quality and leader of pack videos you used to produce and direct. I look forward to not only your videos. I am also curious about what new directors you will marshal in for us. BTW about the more black talent topic. Justin Slayer could be the next Top Dog male talent in two years if he gets the right breaks. Mandingo is slowing coming into he own as a performer. Pipes does talk a lot of trash. However a couple points need to be said. I think some of white female America customers fantasize about thug trash talkin' brothas like Pipes. I know most of the serious Raincoaters don't like him.
