Completely disagree. Her success was indeed based on the fact that she looked a lot better than most porn stars. It wasn't until recently that there is a load of very good looking women in porn. There were a lot of average looking girls in porn back in the mid 90s. Jenna is definitely a very good looking woman, regardless of whether she does anything for you or not. My problem with the recent Jenna is that she is too skinny and wears too much makeup.. but the face nature equipped her with is good looking by any standard. The whole premise of the thread is difficult. There are a lot of girls that I would say are attractive but who doesn't do anything for me. Then there are some that are popular that I don't find attractive, but that I don't think are ugly either. There are very few girls, or should I say "stars", that I think are ugly. Of the guys however, I've seen quite a few who can really destroy a scene....
i dont understand why this thread is being responded to. there are so many girls, with different looks, that is is IMPOSSIBLE for EVERY guy to think each one of us is attractive.
I think the reason people respond is since this is a site where opinions both good and bad are expressed. Sometimes, you just want to say I like this, but not this. I'm not even sure why there is a desire to express that, but there is. At the beginning of the thread, very respectfully, I mentioned 2 actresses who more than others are really not my thing. I'd wanted to say it before and again, I'm not sure why I really wanted to express it. I just did. A couple of days later, I went back and deleted the post. As much as I wanted to say what I said, I really don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, therefore I deleted my comment. Even in that comment, though, I said that many people like these 2 stars, but with all respect they don't do anything for me. I mentioned this, because you are right, Veronica, there are beautiful women of all different kinds and some will appeal more to one person than another.

I don't think anyone has been running down a performer (yet) but just expressing their preferences. I have a thing for brunettes, but not blondes. That doesn't mean I think blondes are disgusting, they just don't get my motor running as quick.
Hey, this is an opinion thread and not some fan club...say nice things all the time and be a robot line. I find it refreshing to hear opinions....that's all they are and we are fans..... I hope we can still have them. No artist that takes her clothes off and makes a living can really feel put down by comments by those who see them naked. Get real. love jesse can't think of any top stars who are heinous. but lots of gonzo stars just get lots of calls because of what they'll do and not because of how they look. so movies get clogged with directors' safe picks and not the best hotties necessarily. many don't fix themselves up as often now since they know they're gonna get wrecked anyway. that's another problem
There are a lot of girls that are just plain butt ugly and I would NEVER want to see them without makeup. I won't mention names because some of them are favorites around here. They might have great bodies, but I am talking about faces. With the right makeup, you can make almost anything look good.
Freedom of speech, maybe? Of course, performers are concerned about getting work. Understood, but at the same time fans have their concerns and they will not always be on the same page. I don't like squash or Brussels sprouts but that doesn't mean there's anything inherrently wrong with them. Some people love them. More power to them. More for them. Squash and Brussels sprouts don't have feelings. And I'm not that mean. That's not PC. It's a choice not to deliberately insult someone where I know they'll read it. And what's the point? Everyone knows that squash does not have feelings, but researchers at the Universitie di Leuven in Belgium, have proven that Brussels sprouts have the same feelings that we have. Calling someone overwieght instead of fat doesn't change the fact that they tip the scales at 150 or 200. So does that mean you are supposed to lie to someone when they ask you, "Honey, am I getting fat?"

I guess the saying "different strokes for different folks" means nothing to some people... I personally am most attracted to women of unconventional beauty, but I can find beauty in most women. I love quirky types (fashion, body art, etc), just as much as I love the girl next door types. I've only seen one name on this thread that doesn't really do it for me, but I'd be an ass to call her out by name. People do have feelings.
This thread is obviously going to perpetuate itself, regardless of how many times it has found resistance.... I just want to pose the question... How does it serve any of us porn fans to hear what girl 'Porn Fan X' finds unattractive? I don't think that anyone here should have their opinion suppressed, but it just seems pretty ironic. It is hypocritical to say that some can post endlessly here about who they find 'hot' but even a reasonable thread like this is somehow verboten.
