To answer your question ... yes I am black ... I have a pic of my posted in my profile. This is my woman and not just some girl I am bringing into the business. I am a 10 vet in this business and I know more about this business than many here. It is plainly a good business decision on our part in regards to the decision made. Will she ever do black males on camera very possible but not at start. If you were to deal with the people I deal with in this industry you would understand the decision. Not to mention she isnt some ghetto hoochie. She is very classy, well mannered, speaks very well, no ghetto tattoos etc. I wont see her starting her career off in this business doing ghetto guys or ghetto scenes. Most of the guys dont even know how to fuckin shave or comb their hair before shooting a scene. Hello everyone. This is my first post but I've have enjoyed reading the forums for quite some time. Ok, to Ike I totally agree that this is a smart career move to avoid low quality ghetto booty type movies. I personally think these titles cast a bad light on Black porn and how good it can be. However, not all the black performers/directors fall into this category. You got directors/performers like Lex, Mr. Marcus, L.T., Sean Michaels, A. Devoe, Jack Napier, Slayer, Prince Yashua, etc. that don't really do those types of movies from what I've seen. What I'm saying is why dodge ALL Black boy-girl scenes instead of just dodging the ones you consider low quality? An example that comes to mind is one of my favs Marie Luv. She does alot of IR but seems to be careful of the BBG scenes she does to avoid being locked into low quality ghetto titles.

Yeah, there is no reason for folks to get all hostile. When threads begin discussing race/IR they tend to get heated by a few people. Its a business/personal decision and its not like you said no Black scenes EVER. Patience is a virtue. I will be looking forward to Alia's scenes in 2010. If she performs as near good on camera as she looks I'm sure we are in for some good stuff.

Damn, very good point there, Seijuro! I agree let's not forget the black directors/performers who don't do the ghetto type themes and do very good quality videos. It's just too bad that there's not many out there and maybe that's why a lot of white females won't go to them for the negative images they film. And it might seem that some black females who are entering the business are started to think like Alia Starr and Lavish Styles. Avoid those negative ghetto thug themes and do the classy roles instead. As an industry member which is what I am ... if you wouldnt hire her based on that one would only think you wouldnt due to the fact you would immediately know there would be no way in hell you would be able to take advantage of her. Not sure if you are aware or not, but many of these girls in this business are taken advantage of due to the fact that these girls primarily come in by themselves seeking to make friends etc and honestly this business is not for that. Girls are taken advantage of all the time on set and off set before the camera begins to roll and after so out the gate every director and producer in this business will know she is attached to 10 year vet Ike Sanders. They will all immediately know, book her for business and nothing more, if you try anything outside of business there will be extreme consequences. Now if they are professional there will never be a problem period. But Im on the inside and I know what goes down and I be damned if any of it happens to her. So if that would actually scare you from booking her than that would tell anyone you have another agenda. Maybe trying to holla at her after the shoot to get something free, or try to see her off set, or try to get her to do something extra that wasnt agreed in the original booking or try to short change her on the original compensation etc. I seen it all man, so again if me letting it be known she is well protected, and that would scare you from booking her, that tells me and anyone else in this business, you would of course have another agenda. It would be different if I wasnt in this business as a director, but I am so thats the difference. They know I know so they know what not to try. Now that wasnt intended for you to take it to heart but it was for you to see it from my POV being from the inside and not some outside of the industry boyfriend who has no idea or maybe curious but dont actually know. The difference is I do know and they will all be aware of that. I will give you a prime example matter of fact a couple prime examples. I was testing the waters with a talent management company to see how well I would do if I were to begin a talent management company in which I did and was doing very well but I decided to come at it later in which I will. Anyways, I had a couple of girls I brought into the industry and I got them work lined up etc. They knew the rules etc as we all do. I took the girls on go see's, and I wont mention the name of the producer but while I was talking with another staff member I come on into the office and he has her up on his bathroom sink in his office fuckin her. Now he fuckin knew better than that but he took advantage of her. She knew better too but all he has to say is some bullshit like I will put you in this next scene if you give me a lil bit etc and girls fall for that shit all the time. Next example ... I brought a girl in from Chicago as with the 2 above she stayed in my place and I got her work. Now behind my back a director/producer made contact with her and tricked her into goin out with him just to hang out or some shit. Girls are hard headed when it comes to putting the rule of business in their heads which is why there are far more business men versus women. Its true nothing for any of the women here to take to heart its reality and Im sure we all can handle truth. anyways he also promised her he would shoot her in a few scenes etc. Well of course he fucked her and she never heard from him and was never put in any of his scenes. I told her that WTF you get cause I told you what to do and not do. Now when a female does shit like that and they are being represented by someone that not only tells them about the female but that also puts me out there and since Im not like many of the other agents (trying to pimp the girls) I let them know either you listen or you fail and they have failed but want my help now and I wont do it. Now one might say well your girl will know not to do that etc and if you dont trust her not to then blah blah blah ... it has nothing to do with her ... Im letting it be known to who needs to know. Check ya shit at the gate cause there will be problems with this one. Those were not my women and they were free to do what they wanted but it cost them.
