Unless you can prove that the video was made before July 3, 1995, forget it. Videos made after that date require documentation from all parties involved that prove them over the age of 18 (that also applies to mere possession if a Custodian of Record is not listed somewhere on the tape, so you may want to get rid of that video unless you can prove it was made before this date). Failure to abide by this law can get you 20 years in ass-fuck prison (the same place that Max Hardcore lost his anal virginity recently). Even if the video is from before 1995, you could be sued by the participants for releasing it publicly unless you have a signed contract from all involved stating that you may release it. This is a civil infraction that could cost you $$$ in a lawsuit but no prison term.

You are welcome. I am glad that even bad news is still appreciated by some.
Maybe Pornlaw will see this and give particulars including quoting specific sections of the legal code. I know the Custodian of Record and record portion comes from federal law, section 2257. As for the other issues (and there may be more than I even brought up), as I received the information over the past few years from non-legal sources close to the industry, I do not have the "where can you find the legal mumbo-jumbo direct from the horse's mouth" information.
