"Banned" implies that there was some active decision to forbid her movies; actually they fall under the category of child pornography, hence their unavailability. Unlike Obscenity, (where it is legal to own something that is considered obscene, it's just illegal to distribute it), someone can get in serious trouble for just owning these discs.
