Used to be a guy" you would have your ass kicked more often than not; all the while the guy's shouting "I ain't no fucking queer!" So, they're classified as MALE since the way the database was initially structured a performer had to be one or the other, and the reasoning (if I recall correctly, it was a long time ago) was that -- in the harsh light of day -- they're MALEs cosmetically altered to appear as women.
