There prices are very good on Adultdvdtalk so i thought i'd give them a go.
I sent an email 7 hrs ago to ask if 3 titles were in stock. No reply as yet....but i went ahead anyway and got my order in before they closed for the day (they are based in New York).
I will let you all know:
1. If their advertised dvds are 'in stock'... and if not, how quickly they can get them.
2. How quickly they get here (many US packages seem to go via Sweden/Germany to reach the UK!)
3. How 'customs friendly' the packaging and declaration is.
Fingers crossed.

Ordered on the 6th feb and just received a message today (12th Feb) saying order has been shipped.
I'll assume then dvds listed on the website are 'not in stock', but getting them 'in stock' in 6 days isn't too bad. About the same as Adultcdmovies.
Slightly worried by the line ...."You can expect your order to arrive within 15 to 20 business days for "Super Rush" delivery, or 20 to 25 business days for "Regular" delivery. Thank you for shopping with DVD Best Deal. The fastest shippers on the net."
I'm use to getting dvds in 5-7 days from the US. So 20-25 days would be a joke. Hopefully they are just covering themselves.

I have ordered from them many times and found them to be very reliable. They have the best prices of all retailers. The only thing I don't like is they don't include covers in the shipment. I have asked them by mail if one could request the covers to be sent with the dvds but no answer yet.

Well my order arrived today. The shipping time was 8 days to the UK. In total it was 13 days including the time it took them to source the dvds.
Now for the BIZARRE stuff.
One dvd 'Up & Cummers 110' was fine.
The second 'Up & Cummers 101' appeared normal. It had the title written around the inner circle like all the older titles in this series.
When i played it however...it was not ''Up & Cummers 101'. It was a play with an all black cast called 'His Women, His Wife'.
It was not a dvd-r with purple dye.
Could this have been a mix up at the factory where this disc was pressed? Maybe a mistake during the replocation process?
I have emailed 'Adultdvdbestdeal.com' and will see how they respond.
As for other details.
Customer service said they reveal the true amount of the order on the customs declaration. This they duly did, so i had to make sure my order stayed below the $35 limit. Thats basically 2 cheapish dvds for the UK, unless you want to pay the added tax.
Package was good. Padded jiffy bag. A dvd box was used to hold the 2 discs and 2 covers. Arrived in good condition.
Some may prefer discs and covers only to disguise the order from postal theft and customs inspection.
However, note the goods description ('Entertainment media -
CD,DVD,VHS') and the packets stated value may still entice customs officials and light fingered posties to give it a look.

Since the disc wasn't a DVD-R, it probably was a mix up at the factory. I know it happens because I just dealt with the same issue, though with a different pair of movies.

Thanks for the update Sir....sorry to hear you had a dodgy disc, hope you get it sorted.Overall a mixed experience, shame about the declaration value, but good to hear you recieved the covers unlike Prophit and not a bad delivery time,i'd be hesitant to order from them as the covers are a must for me though.Still...thanks for updating us and sharing your experience,it's much appreciated

Adultdvdbestdeal say they will replace the dvd on it's return and send a freebie too.
As i have already ordered this title from another store (they had it in stock, and i want it fast) i have asked for a store credit instead. I'll still check out the freebie....though i have this horrible feeling it may be a vivid compilation

Well, i sent the title back a while ago now and no word from adultdvdbestdeal.
I have emailed them 4 times (on the 7,11,14 and 16 March) asking whether they had received it yet? No reply. Not even a courtesy 'not yet'.
I used 2 contact emails:
customerservice@adultdvdbestdeal.com
daniel@mallcom.com
Looks like they want me to issue a chargeback. Oh well.

After 6 unanswered emails to both customerservice and various people at Adultdvdbestdeal i finally sent one headed 'credit card chargeback' and got a reply from within minutes.
'Daniel' simply said they hadn't received the dvd back.
It was sent 3 weeks ago and because of all the unaswered emails i am beginning to question their sincerity and competence.
I have told them to check other 'Up & Cummers 101' discs for errors, and hope this will prove my case.
If the disc just doesn't 'turn up', i'll go ahead and contact my bank. I've lost confidence in ADBD.

We put 15 to 20 business days to cover delays caused by customs. Customs is unpredictable. One day your stuff will get through fine, the next they hold it and contact you to pick it up. It varies per country. Take a look at some of the competitors and you'll notice that they won't even deal with international shipments. It's tough but we prefer to offer our services to Everyone, Worldwide. :)

Hey Prophit, We can definitely include DVD covers with your shipment. We have noticed however that shipments get through customs faster without covers. Only thing to note though is that we'd prefer to possibly send you the covers separately. We can work it out any way you like. Feel free to contact me to discuss further at gabe@adultdvdbestdeal.com.

Hi Wankalot,
We'd definitely prefer to do without a chargeback. I mean, this whole problem started because of the manufacturer not properly packaging their merchandise. Neither You or We are at fault. But as I've mentioned on this forum, customs can be a problem sometimes. I'd be happy to credit you fully or take care of you regardless of whether we receive the item you returned or not. As long as you haven't already charged us back. If you have, I'd still like to offer you something on your next order to make up for the problem(s). Feel free to contact me at gabe@adultdvdbestdeal.com.

Hi gabe,
I have sent you an email as requested. I have included a link to this thread.
I'm happy to reverse the chargeback if i can get a refund for the single dvd 'Up and cummers 101'. I paid for it's return and kept a receipt.
The other dvd was fine.
I look forward to your reply.

Gabriel has replied to me by email (within 24 hours) and says they have credited my card.
As soon as this appears on my online statement i will contact my bank and cancel the impending chargeback.
It looks like Adultdvdbestdeal are improving their customer service.
I will update this thread in due course.

I'm pleased to say Adultdvdbestdeal credited my account today.
I have contacted my bank and told them to cancel the chargeback.
Thanks must go to Gabriel for sorting this situation out. I will put Adultdvdbestdeal back on my list of trusted retailers.
