Hm difficult...
- "Shane Diesel's Cuckold Stories" (Digital Sin): is basically the only Cuckold series I know of that does not only present the "mean" type of cuckold scene. Sure, there are also these scenes going for humiliation etc., but there are also scenes of the "soft" type focusing more on the idea that it's exciting for the wife and thus also positive for the husband. At least in Vol. 1, which is the only one I've seen. IIRC the scenes with Sara Vandella and with Kaci Starr were going in that direction (and the Charley Chase scene was a mixture, maybe worth a try).
So maybe you could try these scenes, and if it's what you like, you can check out if the series has more stuff like this (which I cannot vow for).
- I think there must be some material at the adultery-themed subsites (and the DVDs from that sites) of the story-porn websites, like Naughty America and Brazzers, that would fulfill your wishes of "girlfriends or wifes [...] depicted [as] being dominant, taking her sexual freedom and cheating on her partner either with his knowledge or without it."

- When the wife/girlfriend is openly non-faithful and the partner has to accept it, then this could be part of a swinger scenario, too.. so maybe movies focusing on swinging may be interesting. I think about Sweet Sinner's series "The Swinger", especially Vol. 3 and 4.
