I'm trying to identify an old European erotic comedy/softcore film I saw years ago and can't find anywhere. It was probably made sometime between the late 1970s and early 1990s, and it was not in English - maybe German, Italian, French, or Spanish.
What I remember:
The tone was comedic and lighthearted, not serious.
Near the beginning there was an exterior shot of a castle, manor, or large estate.
The next scene was inside a large wood-paneled room that looked like a courtroom, throne room, council chamber, or boardroom.
A brunette woman around 30-40, possibly a countess, noblewoman, or estate owner, was seated behind a very large desk or table.
Four men in modern 1980s business suits and ties were sitting opposite her, almost like a meeting or hearing.
She seemed to be giving them instructions, rules, or an announcement.
The men looked amused, and the scene was played for comedy.
She later stood up, moved in front of them, and there was an obvious erotic reveal, with the scene framed to expose her nudity.
I remember the moment being quite explicit and playful, with one or more of the men leaning in as if trying to get a closer look.
Her outfit looked more like lingerie, a corset, bustier, or thong-style costume than normal historical clothing.
I don't remember any actors, exact dialogue, or the language, but the setting felt European and possibly Spanish. If anyone recognizes this movie, I'd really appreciate the title.
