I am trying to join http://www.sexysandee.com/join.html. The link to join goes to: https://bill.ccbill.com/jpost/signup.cgi However, I get a message as if that website were down altogether, but it is not. I have emailed CCbill.com and Sandee Westgate directly. Other than confirming that their website is up, they have been unable to help: I still can't access that specific url. However, I am able to access https://shopping.ccbill.com/search.cgi, but not perfectly - not all of the graphics show up. I can't find anything on my browers or Avira (my antivirus software) that would block the site. I find it hard to believe my ISP would block https://shopping.ccbill.com/search.cgi but not https://shopping.ccbill.com/search.cgi.
Any idea how I can get there? I have previously been able to access CCbill in the past and have joined various websites through it.

Try after clearing internet cache.
Try using a different browser
If that doesn't work try this:
Click Start, in search box type CMD, then click return. When the command prompt window opens type "ipconfig /flushdns" then hit return. close window and try again.
If these steps fail come back and we can try other things.

I tried your recommendations, still no success. I am using Windows XP and tried with Firefox and Internet Explorer. I even installed Chrome and got the same result. Thanks for your help.

Is it trouble with only ccbill or other secure sites (https) too?
Any recent major changes to your antivirus?

Only with CCbill.com. I thought the site was just down, but I emailed them and Sandee and they both said no, the site is working fine.

If I try direct access to
https://bill.ccbill.com/jpost/signup.cgi I get a
blank white screen with error message saying 'Invalid request (1).'
but if I go to http://www.sexysandee.com/join.html
and click the "Instant credit card access!" button it works OK.
You tried both ways?

Yes, either way I get:
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at bill.ccbill.com.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I'm using FF 11.0 and was able to duplicate ninja1's results.
What this suggests to me is that there is a problem in ccBill's code which their programmer needs to fix.
There's really nothing you can do about it but alert both ccbill and sexysandee to what is going on. If I were you, I would be sure to emphasize to sexysandee that this problem is preventing you from joining the site, hence, it is costing them money.
