3. Try to change their body with workouts/diet (which may not work no matter how hard you try, depending on your genetics, age etc. - and even if it does, may require too much time during which you're not making any money)
4. Get the surgery

So, which would you have preferred? That all these girls you mentioned just didn't perform in porn, or that they take more time offto try to fix their bodies and collect welfare? Or get the surgery?
