I know of three. The Spice channel, Vivid channel and the Playboy channel. They all showed hardcore from what I remember, but none showed any anal or facials. I'm sure there are a couple more channels but I can't remember their names. I saw these on my friends satellite dish. I don't know if you are able to get them through a regular cable company for a monthly fee.

On the C-band, large satelite dish there are two channels from one service. I think it is also TenXtsy. I think it is a Canadian company. It is full hardcore, anals and facials, and 24/7. It runs about $200 a year for the two chans. Several years ago they had a live pornstar talkshow with live sex scenes. Jonathon Morgan hosted a later version of it, and viewers could call in live and whack it to live interactive satelite porn. It was the best thing I have ever seen. Terri Wiegel, Katie Gold, Anna Malle, and tons of other top stars would appear and take live calls on camera.
Can anyone confirm if PlayboyTV shows hardcore? The reason I ask is that PlayboyTV UK is softcore, and I assumed that as Playboy is at the soft end of the market that the US version would also be softcore. FWIW, the UK version is restricted by broadcast regulations (which don’t allow HC, although there have been a few G/G HC ‘experiments’ recently).

The channels I referred to were on the Direct TV mini-dish, not the big satellite dishes. On dirct-tv you have to pay for the channels unless you know how to program your own cards. Every porn channel on direct-tv dish has the facials and anal edited out. The Playboy channel does show hardcore now. They had to start showing to to compete with the other chanels.
The Blackbird uses the same mini-dishs as Directv. It is a satellite receiver which decrypts any satellite co. which uses nagravision1 encryption. It is a grey-market product but it is LEGAL to buy. It decrypts Bell Expressvu and Dishnetwork with NO downtime. You can hookup 4 dss dishes to it at one time. The adult channels that they play on Dishnet and BEV make the ones that they play on Directv look like the Disney Channel.

No. They show hardcore movies after 11pm (eastern time) It's mostly Vivid, Wicked and Private movies. But there are some others. It's always "plot driven" movies. They also have hardcore on their Amateur Home Video show. That one is shown before 11pm.
Does anyone remember what channel had the people standing on stage half naked in between movies? There were like 4 or 5 half naked people just kind of posing on stage laying around. One girl had revolver tattoos on her hips. I thought it was Spice Channel but I'm not sure.
