The CCU (Cold Case Unit), not to be confused with the other CCU (Corrupt Cops Unit), scours through the overwhelming numbers of unsolved cases of homicides and violent crimes, and decides to go all out to solve what was believed to be an unsolvable case... The Peeping Tom Case of 2005. With no reports of peeping toms since, the unit believes the only way to catch him is to flesh him out, but how? They decide to get the help of the SGU by assigning two of their sexiest and attractive detectives and have them strip in front of a window of an office building.

People start to notice, both from the building across the street as well as the street below, causing them to believe the peeping tom problem was bigger than they had anticipated. They call upon all the other units, including the PUU ("God, no! Not the Stinky Cops Unit!") to start making arrests. Believing that "we have only scratched the surface", they have the two SGU detectives go all out, meaning having full blown, hot, passionate sex in front of the window. It works, causing nearly the whole city to watch, resulting in the largest crime scene in the history of crime scenes. They end up just building a fence around the whole city and calling it a prison.

(The Grinch tries to keep all the Screws of Screwville from cuming. He's tired from all the moans and the groans keeping him up. "What seems to be the problem?" The Grinch asked with his Grinch voice.

"I wish there was a button. I wish for a choice."

"A button?" The Grinch asked. "A button for what?"

"Because it wouldn't do this, if there was a button on top." (We see her from behind with the Grinch in the background facing her. She raises her arms, then brings them down to her side which causes her nighty to fall off. We see the Grinch's eyes go downward before his jaw drops open.)

And then what happened in Screwville they say, the Grinch's small cock grew three sizes that day.
