Hoping some clever users might be able to help.

I have a Twitter account but use it only for porn; follow performers, companies, etc

I'm not interested in politics, sports, celebrities, current events or any trending topics being shoved onto my timeline.

I can mute words and select "not interested in this topic" but I'm curious if there's a way to filter out EVERYTHING except porn?

The "What's Happening" Feed on the right-hand side seems to be a constant presence no matter how you adjust your interface. But if you just want to see porn-related stuff on your timeline, your best approach is to make sure you only follow porn performers & companies. And then at the top of your page, change your timeline setting from its default "Top Tweets" setting to "Latest Tweets First". That way the only content that you'll see on your page is tweets & retweets from the performers and companies that you follow.
