The definitive collector's edition was released by Media Blasters, under the Raincoat Cinema label. It was part of a series that also included The Devil in Miss Jones, Babylon Pink, Neon Nights, and Insatiable. The entire Raincoat Cinema line was great and well worth getting, featuring a beautiful transfer and great extras. I believe that Media Blasters is no longer in existence.
I have always assumed, but do not know for sure, that the 30th anniversary edition was put out by VCX after Media Blasters went out of business using the master that Media Blasters created. Some of the extras look like they were ported from the definitive edition and some look like more the standard VCX extras (ie, scenes culled from other films).
I can't speak for the 30th anniversary edition but if they really still have stock of the definitive collector's edition I would give that one a recommendation.
