Two Models Test Positive for Syphilis in Czech Republic (AVN) LOS ANGELES-Two female models in the Czech Republic have tested positive for syphilis, according to Europe-based producer Dan Leal, the CEO of Immoral Productions. The first of these two models, Patient A, found out that she was infected on December 12 when she tested at Prevedig lab in the Czech Republic. "This lab has an arrangement with a production company in Prague that we will call Company A," Leal said. "The lab sends the results of the tests to directors of Company A and those directors notify talent if there are any issues, rather than the lab calling performers." When Patient A found out that she had syphilis neither her Czech agent nor the director at Company A told anyone about her results and she began treatment, Leal said. "Instead of letting the other performers she worked with know that she was positive and had been exposed to syphilis they all kept silent," he said. "The performers who were exposed all kept working thereby possibly exposing numerous others to syphilis. | LCF All-Star Member Non Prevalebunt! 10364 Posts 1/05 | Posted - Jan 27 2019 : 5:34AM You know in the EU even though we could go wherever we want along its internal borders , each country is still sovereign within its own which means that getting a list of performers to alert would be slow and time consuming, besides someone could have been one day in Prague , in Budapest that evening and in Paris the day after, it's less than two hours on a plane and just a few hours on a car and even less by train Not to mention that listing sexual workers could be a privacy protected thing by itself in some places Such laws were designed and meant to protect those HIV+ individuals who were discriminated and prevented from working out of fear at the beginning of the problem and are still especially enforced Even though many have been infected through blood transfusions back in the eighties it's still considered a STD thus all STDs get the same treatment and enforced protection. If anybody says too much might be sued I don't know how it goes in Prague though Still they could have said something to the companies and the agents , something like :It'd be better if your performers run a syphilys test , I'll make sure mine will too something unspecific , wouldn't violate any privacy and yet keep people safe it's not really the system it's some dumbasses with not enough brain and too much greed over there , even unable to understand that their today buck would lead to the loss of many hundreds tomorrow moronic idiots Edited by - LCF on 1/27/2019 5:49:36 AM [Link] |

| LCF All-Star Member Non Prevalebunt! 10364 Posts 1/05 | Posted - Jan 27 2019 : 5:03PM the EU is not a Federation , for example The European Parliament has issued a Directive about migrants, migrants quota , treatments and everything , but it's not yet a law , we don't have a Federal Statute that Directive must be approved and signed by the Council of Europe which means an Assembly with all the Prime Ministers of the European members those with actual power in their own Country once it's approved it can be enforced to any Member , but until then each one is on his own , and this explains the mess we're into on the matter. any PASS regulation must go through the same ordeal , plus something addedd for example pornography is officially outlawed in Russia , so how do we deal with all those russian performers who are actually based in Russia and travel just to work? The distance to Budapest would be around that between Vegas and LA , there's no list of porn performers in Russia there's no porn over there , if any of those gets infected where the hell are her records , who has those? what if she or he performed in Paris , Budapest,Prague, , Madrid, Rome, Hamburg or wherever she'd go, who's going to keep track , where are the records about who's performing with who and when? There are places where filming porn although tolerated is borderline illegal , a Judge can always prosecute those in there for sexual exploitation or even human trafficking (it happens every now and then in Italy especially when there are vacancies in judges' ranks and someone wants to get noticed especially by some powerful religious group) So they don't keep any official track that can provide lists of potential targets to those.
