Firstly - about a month ago, I placed an order with Goliathfilms; they charged me, and for a while, when I was checking its status, I got information that it was still unshipped.

Then they went offline for a week or so and now are back with a new, account-based shopping system. I can no longer check the status of that "old" order now. Does anyone know if they're going to ship the orders that had been placed before they introduced the new system? (They did charge me, as I mentioned)

Secondly - I've been trying to buy a Japanese video in two parts, on two DVDs; first I tried getting it from Japanese stores. With the first one, I gave up after a while - with the Japanese-only interface, I couldn't even complete the checkout successfully, always causing some error.

With the second one, I had more success, but during the checkout, I found out that they only ship to Japan.

The third one even had an English interface, but at the end of the checkout, I was informed I'd have to send some "Ikobi money orders" or something of the sort as payment - they wouldn't accept credit cards.

Then I searched these forums and found recommendations about asianexpress and javdirectshop. The first one didn't have the title I wanted, the second turned out to be just a pirate "shop" selling pirated copies of disc in bulk amounts.

Finally, I tried Jlist, but their prices were ridiculous - three times those in the Japanese stores. Additionally, it turned out to be based in USA, so it's further from me than Japan. :D

So, can anyone recommend a store that is based in Japan, ships abroad, accepts credit cards, and, ideally, has an option to choose an English interface, even a partial/simplified one (a la Amazon.co.jp)?
