I really don't enjoy the Tyra banks show, but I am going to watch it tomorrow. Adult film star Tyra Banxxx is going to be on the Tyra banks show. Just a heads up.

The woman who has been making Tyra Banks' life a misery came face-to-face with the supermodel on her TV chat show. Adult film star Tyra Banxxx stunned the model/TV star when she appeared on the front cover of porn industry magazine Xtreme, dressed up to look like the real Tyra. In a taped segment on her daily show, which will air on Thursday, Banks confronted her doppelganger and declared she's taking her name back. Banks also told Banxxx, whose real name is Alana, how shocked she was upon first hearing that the Xtreme magazine cover girl was using her name. She says, "For a second I was like, 'Did they put my head on someone else's body?' I thought that it really did look like me. The first thing that went through my head... It wasn't anger, it was more of a curiosity, and an empathy like, 'Where does this girl come from... And what led her to this?'" Banxxx has agreed to retire her name, insisting she never intended to offend her heroine. She tells the real Tyra, "Growing up, everyone always said I should be a model and everyone said I looked like you... You're an inspiration to me." By way of thanks for letting the name go without legal action, Banks has offered to help her doppelganger escape the adult film world and find employment in another field.

We do not need Tyra Banks "helping" a hot babe get out of the business. Although I would not be averse to Tyra "helping" Tyra Banks get into the business or at least getting her out of her clothes.

Tyra Banxxx is on of the sweetest gals I have ever met in my 17 years in the "ADULT FILM WORLD". If she does leave I wish her the best, but I would rather see the other Tyra get in the biz. What would her rate be for double anal?
JAGnLA/refuse - Not only is it pathetic but have ya seen the show? I don't think having aliens come out of her ass could get ratings. It's really bad. Almost as bad as the Tony Danza show. Tyras rack gives her a slight edge though.

Now it seems she won't be attending that nasty dirty convention in Vegas anymore.
I hope when she finds the real Tyra dumps her like a bad habit that the industry doesn't allow her back in. It's 1 thing when a gonzo girl leaves for greener pastures, but for a fluffy contract girl to go running? That's just weak!

If she's trying to go mainstream, she's in a for a rude awakening. Its tough out there, whereas in porn, you only a pulse is required in order to make money.
I just watched the show. So I won't give too much away. But Tyra Banxxx is more articulate and comes across as sweeter, and more down to earth than Tyra Banks :)
Tyra's show is tanking. Anyway, I checked yesterday and she is pulling a 1.3. Which is awful.
I like when Banxxx talked about how 'big' the pornstars she works w/ are and how they wear her out, all the while her boyfriend is sitting there next to her trying not to think about it. Funny stuff!!
Just finished watching the show. I bet that if this girl wasn't named "Tyra Banxxx", Tyra Banks wouldn't have even invited the girl on the show and try to help her change her life. I don't think she would have cared. I think there is some phoniness here. I kind of find the whole thing pathetic as well. I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up going back to porn.
Escape the porn business? I know it has its dark side, but it's not as if girls don't get exploited in the model industry as well. And she's not out there killing children or anything! Leave the girl alone, Tyra!
good point(re: Kate Moss) A lot of people harp on how horrible the porn business is, but like it is shown in boogie nights, there is a sense of "family" Tyra Banks doesn't want her name back. It's just a good reason to have her on the show.

Maybe this episode will turn things around for the Tyra Banks show. Tyra Banxxx was a contract girl making good money at a very young age. How is she going to adjust to making a 'normal' salary for someone her age? I don't believe her problem is the porn industry, she has the usual issues that most young people have to work out.
Matt, you hit it right on the head when you say that models get exploited too. Carre Otis, the former Guess girl, has spoken about being sent on 'weekend modeling' assignments where a camera never came out.
Or Banks would simply not have known. Had I not Googled my own name, I would not have know how many of me are out there. IIRC, Tyra Banks has run summer camps for some time that work on the self esteem of teen aged girls, so you may be wrong about not caring. Not knowing is simply not the same thing.
I doubt Tyra Banxxx is going to leave the business. Tyra Banks is just a user, and a total phony. Big deal, Tyra has a summer camp tyo help girls with low self esteem. People who aren't famous do a lot more, and don't get recognized(sp) for it.
To answer the question. Generally talk shows tape 2 weeks, prior to them being aired.
This is dumb.Why Banxxx allows this weave wearing overrated Diva to gain an uperhand on her by playing the moral card; and stating that she could do better with her life is beyond me. She shoulda gave the real Tyra the finger and kept it moving.But alas,some of these girls love attention so much that it does not matter where it comes from.I wont be watching this lame ass fluffy show. T.V. has gotten so pussy these days.

I just found out that the show taped on Sept 29th. Well, this is good publicity for Tyra Banxxx if she continues in porn, which I think that she will. If she didn't have the patience to finish high school, I don't think she'll feel finishing beauty school.
I see, for Tyra to actually care about anything, she must do more than an ordinary person. Otherwise there cannot possibly be any validity to her having an interest in others.
"Tyra Banxxx" is NOT leaving the industry. What happend on the show is not the full story. Remember- this is TV and when you need ratings, it very easy to edit something to come out the way you need it for the sake of the mighty dollar.
Alana-Miss Banxxx's real name -will also now be her stage name in an agreement to drop "TYRA BANXXX" or face legal action by Miss Banks.
Alana is not going to cosmetolegy school. She is looking forward to getting back in front of the "adult" camera.
I'm not too surprised either way. But that's good news then. I didn't even watch the show, I turned it on and saw the tone taken by the teaser before the show starts and turned it off in disgust. I hope Alana comes up with a fake last name though, others have remarked before how web searches for a generic first name are pretty useless, at least unless they're looking for Gauge and Cytheria. And a google search for Gauge will also bring up rain gauges, etc.
