My immediate response to this is nooooooooooo, but on further thinking about it there aren't that many girls I consider to be out-right ugly in the industry (and I shan't name those that I do). However, there are a few that are quite aatractive to look at but make the most unattractive expressions during their scenes! Prime example is the ubiquitous Kelly Wells - she's a very enthusiastic performer, but she pulls such ugly expressions that I can't stand to watch her! Speech and print are, for the most part, impervious to prosecution under our legal system. Pictures are another matter entirely. The religious right, and their conservative enablers, are always looking for ways to attack pornography. Their goal is to eliminate it (not merely regulate it). For the past eight years, the Bush Administration's Justice Department revised what is known as 2257 regulations to make it easier for the government to prosecute individuals for exercising their legal free speech rights with regards to pornography. How, you might ask? By creating paperwork regulations that make record-keeping burdens extremely burdensome with regards to pornography. These have been justified as "protecting the children" laws -- which, of course, is total bullshit. In any event, while it is clearly legal in the United States for anyone over the age of 18 to view and/or perform pornography, the government wants to now be able to convict you of a crime if you don't have the documentation to prove it -- it doesn't matter if the person in question is obviously of legal age. Finally, the government doesn't have to win its case to destroy you. Simply dragging you into court and driving you into financial ruin defending yourself is all it takes. Most people, finally, eventually wind up pleading out at this point to avoid prison time on top of it. Since there is no possible way that a website can have the required 2257 documentation, for pictures posted by visitors, that potentially risk prosecution by the "Justice" Department, most intelligent websites follow some version of an "ADT Image Policy" to protect themselves.
