I was surprised to get a delay followed by a customs charge the other day. 2 dvds costing $40 gave me an extra charge of £7.80. I hadn't realised fivestardvd gave full customs declarations. Ethan tells me they have always done this but looking at my order history i have never had a charge from customs before despite going over the $33 (£18) limit on many occasion. Ethan also informs me Fivestardvd are now using jiffy bags rather than 'global priority envelopes'. [Link] |
