When delivery day came no one was in to receive the package - fair enough. Lunchtime that day I phoned them up to say deliver it the following day as someone will be at home to recieve it. I even double checked that this would happen and I was garunteed that delivery would be made the next day. That day came and no delivery.

When I called DHL they say the delivery is on "HOLD". why I ask? They do not know. Some thick twat down at Croydon DHL warehouse has somehow managed to delay my delivery. Croydon were then told to phone me and let me know what the problem is/why the delay - no call back.

Today I have spent numerous £££ on mobile phone calls to DHL and been put on hold for XXX mins as I wait to speak to dickheads on the other end of the phone. I have now again told them to deliver the tommorrow and again had to call up to double-check that this is going to happen.

Now DHL don't deliver at the weekend so if delivery is not made on Friday I'm going to be fucking pissed.

Their phonelines are awful. I've been on hold for ages running up a bill on my mobile, told that i'd be called back and no call back. Whats the point of paying the extra for a better/secure/quicker service?

I swear I will never use them again.
