It's really refreshing to see so many people responding to topics and I have had many of my questions answered already! However, I'm still a little confused as to the importation of adult DVD's to the UK. I've read a lot about "seizure notices" coming from HM Customs if a film is intercepted. Is this simply a warning not to import such films again or can one be prosecuted on the very first occasion? I hear that adultdvdnow.com are able to send dvd's 'securely' now and wondered how this is achieved. I have a long list of films I wish to purchase but am still pretty nervous until I know all the facts... Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
