Tori, you may remember a couple of days ago I was asking about a photo of you wearing that white dress you wore for your interactive DVD shoot. I also said I may have some news for you in the coming days, I don't know if you saw that. Firstly I should point out I'm just a porn fan, and very much a Tori Black fan, from England in the UK. I'm also a member of a soccer based forum (or football as we call it) called the football365 forum. Its one of the most popular and busiest sport based forums in the UK with regularly well over 500 members logged in at any one time. Although like a lot of forum's there's a lot of general discussion, probably the 2nd most popular subject after soccer, are girls [:P)] Its used by fans mainly from the UK but also all over the world, including many members from the US. Over the past couple of months we have been conducting a poll to find the forum's favourite pornstar. We started off with a list of over 400 names from the world of porn, gradually narrowing the numbers down to 100 using a group system. Girls were drawn into randomly selected groups of initially 10, and the girls with the 2 most votes from each group advanced to the next stage. Eventually getting down to groups of 4. And then until we got to a quarter final and then semi final stage. Over the duration of the poll, the thread reached 36 pages, received just short of 40,000 views and nearly 1,500 replies. In the first Semi-final, Tori Black defeated Teagan Presley. and in the second Semi-final, Ashlynn Brooke defeated Maria Ozawa. The final was neck and neck all the way and the final poll received a total of 476 votes and I can announce that the Football365 forum voted Tori Black their favourite pornstar for 2009, with 242 votes, whilst Ashlynn Brooke received 234 votes. (We also had a 3rd place play-off, which Teagan won by 74 votes to 27 over Maria Ozawa.) So many congratulations go to Miss Tori Black, and of course our commiserations go to Ashlynn Brooke, although well done for making it into 2nd place out of over 400 names. Below are a couple of screen shots from the forum, just to show its all for real! Unfortunately the forum itself is a members only forum so you cant view any of the posts without registering, otherwise I would have provided links to the poll.   Edit: those pics have come out a little compressed, but I think you can just about make out what's going on. So there we have it. I hope this thread is okay here. I know some forums don't like references to other forums. I just hope Tori gets to see the great news! Well done Tori!! you have a lot of new fans in the UK now! Whereas to start with I don't think Tori was quite so well known over here and some of her early rounds she won by a much smaller margin than Ashlynn. But as the competition progressed more and more people made comments like "Wow! Tori Black, I had never heard of her before but she is hot!" that sort of thing. And she won her groups increasingly comfortably as the thread progressed. So thanks to this poll I think more and more people have been turned onto Tori, and you've gained many new fans over the past couple of months. [Link] |
