I've always liked the potential of girl-girl sexual wrestling, but the times I've checked out Ultimate Surrender (which seems to be the leading producer), I've been disappointed that they can't find a way to get more "orgasms on the mat". Obviously it is challenging to make women cum even under ideal circumstances, so it is no surprise it is rare in wrestling situations.
First off, I'd welcome people listing any matches where there are orgasms on the mat (during the match, not in round four).
But I have to wonder, why don't they try some rules changes? Some ideas:
1) Have both girls put remote-controlled (hidden) vibrators in their pussies. If a girl has "control", the girl being controlled gets her vibrator turned on by the referee. This may not do the trick on its own, as internal vibrators aren't the best way to make a girl cum, but I have to think it would help increase the chances of getting her to cum.
2) If a girl has "control", the referee offers her the use of an external vibrator for the controlled girl's clit. I have to think this has a better chance of working than just trying to slip her fingers in there. Obviously this could be combined with #1 above.
3) Change the scoring system to be more like boxing's "10 point must" system. Instead of just tallying up points for everything that happens during the match, you use those "in-round" points as a guide for assigning scores on a 10 "match points" system. So the girl that gets the most in-round points would tend to score 10, and if the other girl scores nearly as much she gets 10 as well, but if she scores significantly less she only gets a 9, and if she's completely trounced she gets an 8. But then you'd separately factor in orgasms as if they were knockdowns in boxing -- each orgasm would deduct a "match point", making them very important on top of the normal in-round points.
