In it the ladies are severely humiliated by the men and seem to love it. Do porn lovers like this kind of stuff? It seems to me the ladies are abused and not really pleasured, I prefer the latter. If the girls are not really getting off, I don't care for it, am I in the majority or minority on this one? In fact, I'd rather see the ladies humiliate the guys. [Link] |

| oldguy Senior Member 1270 Posts 3/06 | I'd like some other input on this subject and what others like. I love to stroke to beautiful gals that are really having fun in their sex acts, it is just enjoyable to see that and wishing that the object of my jerking was truly enjoying herself to the maximum. By getting screwed or sucked on or her doing the screwing or sucking on cocks or pussies or breasts, whatever. To see someone giving pain to another to me is just not sexy. Am I in the minority here or not? Members of both sexes, let me know please. |

I think most viewers (posters) prefer seeing their lust objects being pleasured. If the majority like the true pleasure stuff I think this is a great guide line for producers/directors. |

| LubeNLuv Senior Member 1854 Posts 3/06 | I personally find piss and scat play disgusting. I tend to believe squirting is nothing more than pissing. Therefore, the scenes involving squirting turns me off and makes me feel icky for watching it. But that's because that particular type of expression of sexuality doesn't synch with my sexual receivers. We are all wired differently. Porn is a bit different in that a large percentage of what you are seeing has nothing to do with pleasure or pain. It is a PERFORMANCE. I think far too many porn viewers forget that they are watching fantasy played out on film. Performers may or may not get off at all sexually on the acts involved, but I like to think they are generally intelligent people who chose to sign up for the scene in question for the money. Yes, I am concerned about their safety/health but really from what I've read around here there is just as much inherent unsafe working conditions present in your average gonzo anal flick as there is a bondage scene. So to presume that what you are watching is true pain or true humiliation or even true pleasure is really missing the point of porn. It's a business based on selling accurate portrayals of sexual fantasies. You may not get off on certain products in this business (pain performances, etc). If so, spend your money on other products/content you prefer. Clearly not every fetish appeals to every person or we'd all be sexually insane. |

| oldguy Senior Member 1270 Posts 3/06 | I wonder what the breakdown would be for devotees of this and other porn web sites. I get off watching others being pleasured on screen but not being submitted to pain, I think that is normal and healthy, perhaps I am wrong on this one, help me out here. |

Did you know that physiologically, the sensation you get from being tickled is the same as pain? Pain is defined as the violation of physical integrity and comfort. Pain is essentially a sensory representation of a violation of the natural feeling of one's body. Tickling is the same thing but is wired into our overall sense of touch and being touched. Ever try to tickle yourself? You can't. Your brain won't allow you to fake yourself out, you know you are about to attempt to tickle yourself. This was recognized by many early scientists and they theorized that reaction to tickling must somehow be something more than just a physical response and connected somehow to the brain. Over time, however, scientists have found evidence that suggests that most people laugh and go into a state of euphoria when tickled heavily as it is our body's response to a perceived threat, not a response to something humorous. We know it's a fake attack but the fact that our bodies normal state is being involuntarily attacked provokes a fight-or-flight state, endorphins are produced in huge amounts and you laugh hysterically until the tickling (the threat) stops. If this is true, and I have seen the evidence to believe it is, then the body doesn't know the difference between pain and pleasure in many cases....the BRAIN knows it, but the body is responding in very similar neurological and physiological ways. Now, in contrast, you can pinch yourself and cause yourself pain but your response to that pain can be very different than if someone else pinches you. Depending on how it is done, it can cause other physiological responses such as sexual arousal and gratification. Most BDSM play is often referred to as power exchange. Participants can take great sexual pleasure in the act of allowing another person to potentially harm them, to definitely cause them some pain, as they find the power in themselves to balance that fight-or-flight syndrome and let it express itself in sexual submission and release. Again....not everyone can do this or even see's this. But if it's your kink...you totally get it and crave it. Don't live up to your handle....there's a lot more going on to the human body between the eyes and the genitals and it is not a straight and simple line for every person. If you skip all those nuances you could be missing out on some of the single best sexual experiences of your life just because it seems "wrong" to you. If your body responds to it in a healthy manner, I assure you...it's far from wrong. One thing I will agree on, however, is that it is far different to experience this pleasure-from-pain concept than it is to just see it. There are very few porn scenes I've seen that I think properly exhibits the excitement and raw sexuality from BDSM. Most of them seem to focus on the bondage and discipline angles and spend little to no time on the psychological exchange of power between a Dom/Domme and a submissive. This is due, unfortunately, to the rather shallow nature of most porn productions on the market. It's just not an easy thing to show and for the few directors and performers who can show it, it's just too rare of a thing to catch on film. Kink.com comes closest I think and they have some really good scenes depicting some real heat. But overall, I will concur that porn and BDSM don't seem to get along that well....it's just too complex of a thing to express. Edited by - LubenLuv on 6/19/2009 1:15:53 AM |
