In addition, the anti-spyware companies are including the uninstallers on their download pages. For example, Lavasoft has de-listed "WhenU" but the uninstaller for WhenU is included on Lavasoft's website. Most of the better anti-spyware programs -- Lavasoft's Ad-aware and Kolla's Spybot Search & Destroy, for example -- are from small companies with very limited resources. By comparison, the spyware companies are relatively rich with revenue streams generated by their advertising clients.
