Anyone know if she was charged with anything re: her America's Most Wanted deal? It was her sister they were looking for, correct?

Was Jewel actually under age in her early films, most notably Teen Dreams 9?.
I know that one was pulled and then re-released due to 'concerns', but was she ACTUALLY underage or was it just panic.
