Their customer service # is 800-631-3811. There is a good chance that the person who answers this number won't even know about the upgrades that are available. If they don't, ask them to talk to their supervisor, Ellen Young, and tell them that it is a problem and you have been referred by Evil Angel Productions. This should solve the problem. Downside, the only current service center performing the upgrades is in Georgia, so you will be without your player for about 2 weeks. Other downside, they only pay for the upgrade for players that were made in 1999 or 2000, none from earlier than that.
