Ever since the website was restored, I have been having trouble uploading images. The weird thing is that the error is not consistent. Sometimes they upload, sometimes they don't. I tried to clear cache and change browser but the problem persists.

I know I have uploaded a lot of images, so I'm wondering if I'm close to hitting an upload limit so that's causing the error? Or is something else going on? Below is a screenshot of the error (fortunately this one uploads).

I have received the error reports on these uploads. I'm not sure what's causing it just yet. It has happened on some of my upload tests as well but it appears to be specific to the image being uploaded. i.e. it will throw the error for the same image every time i retry the same file but if I try a different image it works fine.

I hope to have more time to look into this soon. Still recovering some of the back-end processes that import price search data.

^Thanks for the quick response. My problem is the same: the system keeps rejecting the same image. Also, just to clarify: is there an upload limit?

It should give you a warning if the file is larger than 5MB. I think, I forget. I would have to look at the code. One of my test images was under 5MB and was getting the error. I briefly looked at the line where the error is being thrown and it's part of the processing where the binary image data is being stripped out of the multipart-mime form submission so it can be stored in on the drive for further processing. I have no idea why this piece of code would be broken. It's part of a third-party application that's fairly common. And it never threw this error when running on the previous hardware.

I meant if there's a limit on the account level, not per file. But in any event, like you are saying, the error is not related to file size. All the files I'm uploading are just jpegs around 200 kb. Again, thanks for looking into this.

There is no limit at the moment. There are some members with 1000s of files.

Hi: just wondering if you have figured out what the problem seems to be? As of now I'm still running into the same error. When I try to upload 3 or 4 images, 1 or 2 will be rejected, and they keep getting rejected.
