In another post the site http://www.norddvd.com was referenced and some of the titles there did indeed pique my interest. The content is not regularly if at all distributed by mainstream US adult distributors. Am I being paranoid or is worst case scenario that Uncle Sam may just be watching this outfit for what ever reason and when I go to pick up my mail I am so screwed or is there virtually no problem with ordering this kind of content from over seas and having it safely arrive through the mail with no cause for alarm. I have a step-brother who lives in Amsterdam, I live in S. Calif. I had him send me many videos but they were in the PAL format instead of NTSC so I could only view them on my computer. A couple of years passed by before I got a DVD player that could play PAL discs. I never had a problem with the US Customs seizing a shipment but it came from a person rather than a company, I don't know if that makes much of a difference. It used to be that some countries in Europe, the Netherlands being one, had 16 years old as the age of consent, but that's illegal in the US, the gals have to be 18. I don't know if that gave the US Customs a license to confiscate Euro porn but I wouldn't doubt it. Europe adopted the 18 year old rule so that controversy ended. Some things like fisting and golden showers are legal in Europe but not in the US, Adam Glasser and Paul Little come to mind, so that might be a convenient excuse for the US Customs to seize porn. I haven't had a problem, but it might be easier these days to download from a legal, legitimate source and burn your own discs.
That's not true. Unless things have changed the only things that are actually illegal are underage porn and beastiality. Everything else falls under the community standards rules. Fisting and golden showers are not illegal.
never heard of such thing. so its legal (or used to be legal in?) to let 16-18 do porn movies? Are you kiddin me?! dont think kiddie porn is legal anywhere on the globe . Edited by - adt44 on 4/12/2010 1:40:29 PM
why didnt all of this make big headlines in european newspapers/magazines/tv programs/news broadcastings/ politicics, that its LEGAL to make kiddie porn in western europe?? why werent the filthy pervs from all over the globe cummin to europe to make porn with these youngsters? i was in holland at the time they banned beast sex; that got well covered in the media...but something like this or a ban therof wouldnt get covered in the media whatsoever? If this is the case, what happened to the production companies and who were they? and did all the millions of movies got banned after that new law? Are these well known companies? Do they still make porn? Which actresses are we talking about here? well known girls that still perform? Why didnt they got interviewed in trashy tabloids and/or newspapers such as bild or telgraf or whatever? Sorry, but too many things dont seem to add up imo.
There were not that many movies made with 16-17 year olds, mostly pictures. The reason is very simple, allthough it was legal to shoot a 17 year old, she still could not sign a model release, her parents or legal guardians had to sign and that did not happen much. Some of the most famous British Page 3 girls like Sam Fox and Sarah Young started at age 16 though. Jacco [typo] Edited by - jacco on 4/13/2010 5:20:44 AM
I see, well, you're certainly the man in the know, jacco. you seem to be sure about this, so I'll just leave it at that. But still, weird that this wasnt a big thing in the media....one normally tends to think that these sort of things only happen in piss poor countries ect.
