The biggest difference between US Porn and dutch/danish porn is the goal and the attitude.
Ive just read in a german porn mag ( but mostly about US porn stars ), they fear the HD/Blue Ray DVDs, because the viewer can see some bodily "imperfections". This is horrible and frightening ! Her male viewership should wake up !! ( And she too, but these are the consequences the market demands ? )
In dutch/danish porn, we never had the star factor (contrary to Sweden !, because swedish companys targetted the US market very early ) ( even if some long running amateurs became stars ), most of the girls/women have "imperfections", and I am glad they have it. I can fantasize to have sex with the average dutch/danish actress, because she looks natural and "on earth", like the girls and women I date, and this sometimes happens, thank god.
But if I see a movie with a perfect woman like Jesse Jane, I can dream of sex with her, but I know that this will NEVER happen. I dont have problems to date girls or men, but this perfection and beautyness is just not my league.
So "our" porn movies are more natural, they show sex with the girls next door or sex as our neighbours have. And I was lucky enough too met some girls that played in dutch teen porn, because many of them were from Amsterdam, and had sex with some nice girls. Because these girls arent "porn stars", but just normal girls doing some porn movies. If I had fallen in love with "Jesse Jane" or "Nautica", the only personal feedback I had received would be an autograph. ;-) They are stars and so far away from us fans.
I prefer our more authentic view, but I sometimes also dream of sex with "perfect" women. But if you are only dreaming....isnt this very frustrating ? Isnt it very frustrating - especially for men - to watch these godness of porn, when you know, you cant even talk to them ? Or have I a totally wrong view of the US porn market, because mostly the movies with the stars are coming across the pond. There are very few movies with amateurs here. ( More from Australia or UK than from the USA ! )
I don't confuse porn - a visual medium - with real life, where sex is about much more than how somebody looks. Nor do I confuse the sexual persona I see on screen with the person I meet in real life (yes, I've actually met and talked to porn stars).
A couple of points you might want to consider - 1. all the women getting breast implants despite having numerous fans telling them they are perfect the way they are, and 2. the oh-so-wide variety of women praised in these forums.

Porn is a fantasy and I'm perfectly aware of this, therefore I have no problem fantasizing about "perfect" (=unobtainable) women. That's what porn is for as far as I'm concerned. If people spend hours every day fantasizing about sex with the girl next door, they ought to get out more. In my experience, danish and dutch people are quite outgoing so I dunno. To each his own.

But even if you saw the later movies from Video Art Holland, or the earlier ones from Adult Video Netherlands ( they always had +18 girls, so they are fully US compatible ), you can see the difference.
It were just normal girls. I knew and know some from V.A.H. personally, you could meet them at partys, in cafes, ( I dont want to use the dutch term coffes shop here, all Dutch know why ;-), in video stores, or at the meeting of the liberal party. Only very few had the goal to be a pornstar, I think more than 80 percent did only half a dozen movies, because they wanted to do this at this time.
Danish porn companys, CCC = Color Climax Corporation was the biggest, but there are very few on the US market. ( Again, because of the "Traci Lords" effect and because of content, e.g. golden showers ).
Only since 2000, the porn market in Europe changed significantly. european companys went bankrupt, were dissolved or taken over by US companys.
I rented a dutch DVD yesterday ( Legal Pink ) that was made in Holland, and the language was english and it had a NTSC (!) Region code. ( We have PAL in NL ) Even the girls werent dutch, it looked like it was made in the USA with US girls. Its almost all now targetted to the "world" market. Its very sad, if I look back at the high quality dutch and danish teen porn once had. These times are gone forever.
Video Art Holland means Clubseventeen or Seventeen's movies Which by the way always hired stars from other countries including the USA I can remember Chloe Nicholle and Paisley Hunter for example.

Keeping Records is another whole thing since there's no 2257 code in Europe ,in case the police will verify the age by asking actresses real name and looking to real official state records or asking to them if possible.
Your logic suggests that somebody's got the cart before the horse. Why would they be in the USA in the first place if they weren't in demand?
That isn't to say that some American producer or agent didn't tell them they'd get more work with enhanced breasts, but it does go to show that, at best, we're talking about incentive versus requirement.
Almost what I thought, I mean here in Europe a starlet doesn't work more if she gets implants it doesn't matter so they don't need to, more than this I suspect ( but have no proof actually) that it is even possible they work less with implants. When they come to a new marked namely the USA market after a while some of them got implants unless plastic surgery is way cheaper in the USA than in Europe I don't see why they have to do that after coming across the ocean than before if they feel the need to have bigger boobs .It might also be that they do because their incomes raise in the USA more than here but still some of them worked here for years they had the means to do that and they didn't.

I bet it's peer pressure and I hate it. Although it could be that many girls in the European scene might have implants but just not ridiculously blown-up ones like most girls in the states so it might not be that obvious when you look at them.

Thats wrong again. Anal is much more common than in US porn. Until a few years ago, danish and dutch porn movies had very often golden showers in it. But Denmark, after starting the wave of porn in 66, now produces very few movies, most of them are only for the native or scandinavian market.

As far as I know, Berth Milton was swedish, but he started distribution of porn in denmark, because it was the first country that legalized porn. Sweden followed 2 years later.
Yes, but they were a minority. Seventeen has used girls from a number of countries, including the Netherlands itself, Germany, Denmark, the UK (and indeed, some US starlets too), then mostly Russia, and the last couple of years the girls have been predominantly Czech (and some Hungarian).The scenes with girls under 18 were removed when the titles were reissued on dvd. I don't really like "perfect" women, especially if they need surgery to become "perfect". I prefer women with no plastic surgery. We're all used to seeing imperfect people. It won't make a difference to a porn consumer like myself.

I don't find actresses in US porn "perfect", I much prefer Europorn, including Dutch porn, although I haven't seen much. Part of the reason is how the actresses look.
