Has anyone tried Excalibur? Are customs more likely to grab them, if importing from Us rather than UK?

Excalibur have never had anything in stock I've tried to order, or seemed to make any attempt to fulfil orders or answer emails, so I've given up on them.

Received my Tracy Winn DVD in ten days, not bad. It was hardly disguised as I had asked however as it was marked on the customs slip as Pre- recorded DVD entertainment and the cover was the original- still its quite nice anyway.
