Domina X is precise about her company’s distinction as a management firm, rather than a talent agency. “We cater to business-minded talent,” Domina X explained, “rather than simply just the adult actress. We want to represent talent that diversifies their forms of income, by assisting the talent in things like mainstream magazines, website management, feature dancing and signings…anything else that they’re into.”
Domina X also talks about helping the girls with what she calls “fan maintenances.”
“We stress that talent needs to keep in touch with their fans. If you’re in 100 movies, how many fans is that? And how many of those fans can you get to subscribe to your website? If you don’t keep that communication up, those fans are just going to move on to something else.”
Domina X explains that she and Mayfair started XGirl because “there is no one around that will show these ladies how to achieve longevity in this industry.” She and Mayfair look forward to cultivating talent and providing professional guidance in an industry that usually burns girls out in a few months.
Currently, Blue, Mayfair and XGirl have signed seven girls: Michelle Tucker, Tai Lavay, Fetish Fatalle, Kapri Styles, Michelle Tucker, Roxy Reynolds and Vida Valentine. “There will be more signings in the near future,” Domina X explains. “Once we got the word out there we’ve been approached by dozens of girls, which we hope will keep happening.”
Domina X makes it clear that she has no interest in representing talent that will be quickly burned out and replaced. "I found a need for experienced, knowledgeable management to assist talent in achieving their career goals when I decided to start XGirl," said Domina X, who has over eight years of experience as a performer, producer, editor, director and Web mistress. "I approached Eve Mayfair with the idea after working with her, and she was very receptive. She also saw the need for someone who could provide guidance in an industry with so much opportunity."

I think it show that alot of because the adult industry have been down on black woman for years and these talent management don't sign black woman or less of them. Because they say that black woman don't last long in porn, about 2-3 years before they quit. But Vanessa Blue have been in industry for 10 years. If you want to promote black women in porn you should try doing it in a positive way. Not making things up or slandering people. If you want to call Lex names, try doing it in person first. If you survive that, then maybe you can write about it. Black women don't have any shorter career in the industry than anyone else. They're all short timers with very few exceptions. There has been a big upswing lately of good black women performers and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. Why don't you just enjoy it and stop with the empty rhetoric? I still thank that Lex Steele used girls who don't do IR in his movie to make money, and so far he is losing his IR fan+base. Even know Vanessa Blues is a great performer, but is no Heather Hunter. Heather Hunter was the first black Vivid Girl, who not only can act (which alot of black female perfomer don't do these days), but can make a great scene. But Justin Slayer is a much better then it comes to making a IR movie or a black porns movie.
