Gangbang Girl 14 would probably be it, even if you're not a gangbang fan, it's a terrific scene. She also had strong group scenes in Takin' It To The Limit 4 (also available on the Director's Cut comp. Caveat: This scene had condoms, if that's a concern) and Black Studs & Little White Trash (Caveat: while her scene is very good, the other two scenes on the disc are awful!).
One on one stuff: I like her scene in an otherwise mediocre Fred Lincoln title called Erotic Appetites a lot (evidently, judging from the box graphic, this scene is available on the Metro comp "The Whore's Whisper") as well as her scene in Seymour Butts' "Playing With Fire." I like the scene she has in Sodomania: Smoking Sextions, though it's mostly tease. She has a very good scene in an Anabolic title called "Brother's Bangin" which suffers from having no original sound, just some funk tune over the video. I seem to recall her Cherry Poppers scene being pretty good, but I won't spend money on another Zane DVD to revisit it...She appears in both of Private's Costa Rica titles but is rather subdued in her scenes.

Hardware, along with Ultra's great suggestions you may want to check out the very hot stuff Vanessa did with Max Hardcore early in her porn career. Those scorching scenes rank among the best I've ever seen her do, but unfortunately most of them are not available on disc - which is a damn shame cuz Max really ripped her a new bunghole and she loved every minute of it!

I'd add the scenes from Hotel Sodom 4 & 6. I got the Cherry Poppers DVD, it's not bad, but the camera work isn't very good (surprise!). BTW ultra, Cyberanal is available on DVD, but only in Spain. Go figure.
You know, I got one of those Pussyman Signature Series (2)comps as a free bonus deal from 5* that has one of her Hotel Sodom scenes on it (I think it's from #2, it's a pretty good scene, she certainly looks great in it).
One of my favorite scenes of hers is in the Devil in Mrs Jones (DMJ) that she did. I don't remember the exact number, but I think it was number 4 or 5.
It has been asked before but why isn't Cyberanal and DMJ 5 out on disc? Cyberanal may have Juli Ashton and Sunset Thomas on the box cover but Vanessa was the star and did a fantastic job.
IMHO there is no excuse not to have DMJ 5 and New Wave Hookers 4 on DVD. Those are two great movies and both have excellent cinematography (for porn at least).
