I remember learning about the birds and the bees before 2nd grade from my parents. My parents were (and still are) great at bringing up children. No guilt, no shame, just honest answers to questions. But I remember the very first time I had sex, wondering if I was supposed to pull out and shoot in the girl's face. Was she expecting this? Is this standard procedure? All the porn I'd seen had them doing this. There are some things you do not learn in sex ed, be it in school or from your parents. You do not learn foreplay in sex ed. You do not learn that yes, you can actually flip her over and do it doggy style. You don't learn that fingers in fun places can produce interesting reactions. There is a lot of stuff that just isn't covered in any sex ed curriculum that I know of. Home or at school, this is not what I consider typically part of the class.
