Most probably yes. Creampie (both vaginal and anal) is absorbed into bloodstream, hormones, nutrients etc. (also see : rectal feeding). You can rightfully argue that girls are driving benefit from non plant things but here's the thing : they are not supporting any dairy industry or organisation. And man is not an animal.

So a vegan girl can have relationship with her man just like any other girl. But if you think all this breaks their vegan vow and find it hot, go ahead. For me, I like vegan girls because they feel strongly are about something, which lends them a personality.
