Who in their right mind would want to waste the time plowing through hundreds of letters and emails a week or month or every day filled with such pointless drivel? How terrifyingly worse would it be to be hounded by armies of unpleasant people, from drooling customers too stupid to realize that these actors are only playing a role, to serial killers, rapists, and other criminals who would stop at nothing to get what they are after. I only wish there were some way to get the messages of sincere praise for the genuine talent of the very few of adult actors like Ms. Von through to her. I believe these seriously talented people would be very pleased to know that their skill, not just at sex, is noticed and appreciated by many. I would hope that they would be encouraged that they could “cross over” if they wish to the so called mainstream dramatic media where they have shown, and would surely continue, to show themselves every bit as good actors as have ever performed anywhere. It is not one bit absurd or difficult, I believe, to envision Ms. Von and a select few others giving acceptance speeches at the Golden Globes or the Oscars. I have been cheated of the great pleasure of knowing if Ms. Von would be pleased by my appreciation and gratitude for her wonderful acting skill (in addition to her other charms); of perhaps hearing from her and being challenged to give her the particulars of her prodigious talent.
